How to Order

star jumpin'  parties offers 2 options to place orders for party products.

1. Order online through the Party Shop menu
2. Phone our office on +61 7 3315 6247 

Please note: Jumping Castle Hires and Helium Gas Hires must be ordered via our booking office.

Online Orders 

star jumpin'  parties only accepts online orders that total more than $30.00. Customers can order online by following these simple steps

• Find the products you wish to purchase via the category links or search facility
• Select the quantity of the product you wish to order
• Select the add to cart button. At this point you will have the option to continue shopping or go to the checkout.
• Once you select checkout you will be asked to register your details or login if you are an existing customer
• You will then be navigated through the checkout confirming shipping details
• In the checkout have the option to select the following payment methods
  • Direct Bank Deposit
    • Account Name:     star jumpin'
    • BSB Number:        114-879   (St George)
    • Account Number:  028342336
  • Secure Credit Card Facility using PayPal.
    • You do not need a PayPal account to use this method
• You will then be asked to review and confirm the order details and add any comments. In the comments field please enter any special requirements eg: Your event date, any colour & size selections for costumes.
• If you have selected Secure Credit Card as your payment method, you will now be navigated to PayPal's secure credit card facilty to enter your payment details
• On finalising your order you will receive an email with your order and payment details
